RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. AND SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS MARCH 9, 2017 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 13, 2017 FOR THE FY 2017 SITE
GRADING FOR THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 926, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 13th day of March, 2017, to
approve preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., and the date of bid opening as
March 9, 2017, for the FY 2017 Site Grading for the Northeast Industrial Park Project, Contract
No. 926, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February 2017.
