RESOLUTION NO. 2017-128
APPROVING AWARD OF BID TO MCGRATH AUTO, CEDAR
RAPIDS, IA IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,898, FOR THE PURCHASE OF
ONE (1) FRONT WHEEL DRIVE CARGO VAN, TO SUPPORT
ANIMAL CONTROL OPERATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of McGrath Auto, Cedar Rapids Iowa, in the amount of$24,898 in
conjunction with the purchase of one(1)front wheel drive cargo van, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase with Resolution No. 2017-
106, after public hearing on February 13,2017 on published notice required by law, is hereby a
awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20"' day of February 2017.
