RESOLUTION NO. 2017-130
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE
REHABILITATION OF TAXIWAY A AND RUNWAY 12/30 CRACK
SEALING PROJECT, AND APPROVE RELEASE OF PAY
ESTIMATE 5 (FINAL), IN THE AMOUNT OF $42,901.50, TO
ASPRO, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AND AUTHORIZE THE
AIRPORT DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, ASPRO Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa,performed work on the Rehabilitation of Taxiway
A and Runway 12/30 Crack Sealing Project, at the Waterloo Regional Airport, and
WHEREAS, ASPRO Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the recommendation of final acceptance of the Rehabilitation of Taxiway A
and Runway 12/30 Crack Sealing Project and the release of Pay Estimate 5 (Final), in the amount of
$42,901.50 are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February 2017.
