The Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Regular Session at
City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, at 7:00 p.m. on May 26, 1987.
Mayor Bernard L. McKinley in the Chair. Roll call: Budak, Seeber, Lichty,
Wright, Angel, Dowie and Miller.
Invocation by: Reverend Thomas Wegener, Faith Lutheran Church.

Ninya Knipp

that the Agenda, as proposed, for the Regular Session of May 26, 1987, at
7:00 p.m., be accepted and approved.

that the Minutes of the Regular Session held May 18, 1987 at 7:00 p.m., be
approved.

90449 - HOLD HEARING --This being the time and place for public hearing the Mayor
called for written and oral objections.
Larry P. Burger, City Clerk/Auditor, stated that there were two objections.
One frau Leonard Siler of 95 Zuma Street and the other from Doris A. Johnson
of Hagerman Place, Lot 7, Block 22.
Mayor McKinley announced that the Council will go through the remaining streets in
the area and leave Zuma Street and the alley between Evergreen and Magnolia for the
end of the hearing to be approved.
