Renee was crowned 1987 Miss Iowa American Princess recently at the Five Season Center in Cedar Rapids. She will compete for the title of the 1988 Miss National American Princess final in Tampa, Florida in November 1987. Mayor McKinley presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Kathy Oberle, 710 Forest Street, for her efforts and dedication to the Celebrity Auction recently held to raise money for the proposed Sports Complex.
