Motion carried. held on October 19, 1987, at 7:00 ORAL PRESENTATIONS 91176 - Councilperson Angel requested that Mike Mrzlak, Sign and Traffic Department, research the possibility of placing a stop sign on Elm Drive at its intersection with Cardinal Drive. Mr. Mrzlak will report to the Council on his findings. Mayor McKinley stated that he had had a close relationship with the United Way Campaign in the past and felt that this was an organization that was a benefit of the community. McKinley read a Proclamation extending a heartfelt thanks to our citizens that have participated in the Campaign and thanked them for their support.
