Motion carried. 91222 - HOLD HEARING --This being the time and place of public hearing the Mayor called for written and oral objections and there were none. Bob Stevenson, City Planner, stated that the approval is subject to six compliance items, such as: There be a fire door on the garage between the garage and dwelling. There be a fire wall between the garage and dwelling. There must be handicapped access to the business. Provide at least one (1) unisex handicapped toilet. There must be wiring meeting the electrical code for a business. The applicant must comply with any other applicable codes, handicap access, etc. Moved by Angel, seconded by Dowie that petition submitted by area residents within 250 feet of the request approving said rezoning, together with recommendation of approval of the Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission, be received and placed on file.
