Motion carried. ORAL PRESENTATION 91239 - Councilperson Seeber .stated that on Sunday, November 22, 1987, a Thanksgiving Dinner will be held honoring the Bicentennial of the American Constitution. Seeber stated that the price of the dinner is $25.00, of which $19.00 goes for local charitable organizations in the community. He continued that the dinner was a worthwhile dinner and would be very entertaining for anyone that wishes to attend. Seeber continued that on Friday, November 20, 1987, a Thanksgiving dinner will be held at the U.A.W Hall for underprivileged people that may not be able to afford a Thanksgiving Dinner. The dinner will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Mayor McKinley stated that he was very enthused about the Bicentennial Dinner and would hope that many members of our community would participate in this worthwhile event. Prior to the vote, Councilperson Angel questioned the cost of the Engineering Services Agreement with Brice, Petrides -Donohue & Associates, Inc. Councilperson Lichty questioned the need to pass this Agreement tonight and not waiting for the final approval by the Leather Processor. Eric Thorson, City Engineer, stated that this was just the Agreement. There would need to be an order to start before any action is taken. Thorson continued that it was on a percentage basis of the contract. Ayes: Seven.
