Budak said that both gentlemen had done a fine job for the City, and he wished them the best of luck in the future. Mayor McKinley stated that he would like to recognize Councilperson Jack Seeber and his wife Colleen who are celebrating their 40th Wedding Anniversary this evening. McKinley continued that he had high admiration for Mrs. Seeber upon her 40th Anniversary. Councilperson Seeber thanked Mayor McKinley for his remarks and stated that he had enjoyed 40 years of blissful marriage with Mrs. Seeber.
